The Challenge
Handiquilter has long established itself as the leader in long arm quilting machines. But how do you take a brand with an aging demographic and make them relevant to the new generation of quilters? And do all of that while not alienating the existing consumer base? Time for STS to get to work.
The Approach
STS first took stock of what exists and what is sacred with the legacy Handiquilter brand. Once those items were established we build around it accordingly. Clean and modern iconography and pattern brought a refreshed feel, while new warmer colors created an inviting look.
The Digital Experience
Once the brand messaging and visuals were set, it was time to apply that same thinking to the digital experience. Creating user paths specific to their unique and different audiences allowed for direct access to legacy information and introductions to the brand for first time visitors.
